DESCRIPTION

This is an interactive omnibus animation based on interviews with my friends about their memories around the age of five, based on their personal sensory memories and episodes.


HISTORY

I had a chance to join the game jam in 2021( https://komitsu.itch.io/walk-with-me ), and the theme was childhood memories. I began to interview and collect texts from my friends and people online about their five-year-old memories because of this theme. 
Daily meals, a feeling when they were dropped off and picked up, and a solitary playtime... Episodes unique to children who spend their daily lives in a small community were collected, and seven episodes were selected out of more than 50. I created this work that would be fun to make an interactive animation work with different interactions for each interaction according to the episodes.


FEATURES

・Some episodes proceed by operating at certain points during the story.
・Try and find the interactions for each episode.
・Simple hand-drawn animation captures the imagination.
